• Designing and developing inductive components according to customer requirements
• Play a key role in the adaption of new innovative products to Vietnam plant
• Analyze, understand and develop solutions for specific customer requirements includes PFC chokes, common mode chokes,…
• Work very close to engineering team to implement the new product samples
• Technical support to quality, sales, production, engineering departments and also customer inside
• Able to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and customers
• Use analytical skills to solve problems systematically
• Prepare datasheet and BOM of new products
• Superior : R&D Manager.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related fields. 
• Knowledge of Power Electronics Applications such as DC-DC converter, on-board charger in automobile
• Skills in Solidworks for 3D-mechanical design is preferred
• Electronics and electric circuits.
• Skills to take new technologies.
• Capable of using calculation software for designing
• Training regarding PREMO products and PREMO process (deep study of the products, stages of the manufacturing processes, magnetic circuits and materials, inductive components design, solidworks, R&D project management, quality tools for engineers)
• Training quality tools for engineer (DFMEA, SPC, Cpk)
• Proactive person, communicative, analytic and methodic , team work orientated, problem solving orientated, innovative 
• Plant local language, fluent. English language, high level written and medium level speaking.
• Office User level, Mathlab, Solidwork
