Mô tả công việc:

  • Marketing segment:
-        Support Marketing and Sales Manager in Marketing activities
-        Managing Facebook comments and inbox in real time.
-        Finding new online channel to approach customers
-        Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
-        Evaluate, monitor and report on sales trends, market analysis, and post-campaign report.
  • Sale segment:
-        Works under the direction sales manager to help reach the company's sale target.
-        Processing payments in time.
-        Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
-        Issue an electronic - invoice upon sales shipping.
-        Receive sales order from customers by written language in real time.
-        Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
-        Keeps client information confidential.
-        Match invoice number by order on the files 
  • Customer Service:
-        Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need. Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.
-        Report any inquiries or issues from customers
-        Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
-        Receiving AS inquiries from customers with videos or photos.
-        Pro-actively be ready administrative support to all colleges.

Yêu cầu công việc:

-        Female
-        1-year experience in Accounting/E-commerce/Administrative/Marketing or related field
-        Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
-        Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-        A high level of attention to detail.
-        Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
-        Very good command of English;
-        Good negotiation, organization & communication skills;
-        Enjoying problem-solving and serving customers.
